Mental Health Awareness Week is from 10th-16th May and the theme this year is nature. Being in nature helps us improve our mood and reduce stress. Please join us on a health and history nature walk so we can appreciate the benefits of nature together and spread mental health awareness.
Time to Change Islington aims to change the way we talk about mental health so that more people feel able to ask for or offer help where it’s needed, and to reduce stigma and discrimination about mental health problems. We will also be sharing signposting information.
About Caledonian Park
The history of Caledonian (Cally) Park and the local area extends beyond the iconic clock tower itself. The park and local area hide many clues to the history of the cattle market and the subsequent “Cally” market, as well as stories of recreation and radicalism which you can explore in this park tour.
