This trail celebrates local history at Caledonian Park by showing all the different types of people who have come to this place over the years, for different reasons. Some came here to breathe fresh air, some for work, some to protest against injustice. You can hear them talking about this place and what it meant to them.

Most of the eight characters are real people, but a few are imagined or combined from several sources. The modern day comments, for example, come from a group of regular park users who told us how they see people using the park today.
